The use of Videogames durind the COVID-19 pandemic and it’s mental health benefits

My project is my conclusion paper on university, it’s supposed to be about how people started gaming more (or altogheter) after the pandemic started and how it impacted businesses and people. At the end it’s supposed to state wheter more people started gaming, and for those who were already gamers, if they gamed more than usual, how many hours and why that happened, and of course if that had a positive impact or if it had any impact at all on the mental health state of people during the isolation in the pandemic. (I selected business theme but it also has psychology in it)
